Ipsita has worked in the advertising industry as a copywriter, an in-house author & assistant editor in a publishing house, and a features writer in Little Black Book – Delhi.

She handles content & marketing at Simply.Coach while simultaneously exploring new opportunities that bring her closer to her true (work) calling.

Inspired by the approach & impact of coaching, Ipsita is now experimenting with coaching. Trained by award-winning mentor-coach Vikram Dhar, she is now certified as an NLP Practitioner (ABNLP, IAPCCT) & Life Coach (ICF).

She hopes to combine her experience, expertise, and newly acquired skills as an NLP Practitioner Coach to assist millennials dealing with overwhelm & confusion to find better clarity, improve their self-worth, and live a life full of joy, fulfilment & authenticity.

Other Interesting Facts:

Ipsita is a self-proclaimed health, fitness and yoga nerd, and can often be found trying out strange herbs & ingredients that her friends can’t quite fully wrap their heads around.

She is also trained as a Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher under Sadhguru’s guidance. When she is not practicing asanas & kriyas on her yoga mat, she can be occasionally found taking workshops & sessions for other potential yogis in & around Delhi.

Fun Fact: She once taught yoga to over 1000 Indian Air Force personnels on International Day of Yoga, seated between two real-life fighter aircraft!
