Ram Gopalan has coached leaders since 2012 and has logged more than 5,000 hours with C-suite executives, founders and senior leaders in technology and consulting. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a certified Hogan and EQ-i 2.0 assessor, and runs his own practice, Positivista Coaching LLP, alongside Simply.Coach. Before coaching he was Vice President and Country Manager at Publicis Sapient. He writes from his own client work – how he structures a session, sets goals with a sponsor in the room, and debriefs an assessment without over-claiming what it says. He rides the trails of southern India at weekends.
