The customer support at Simply.Coach has been absolutely phenomenal, and there are a couple of reasons.
One, when I have a problem, they are on it right away and there’s total accountability. They’re always getting back to me, they’re asking for clarification, they’re always working on things.
The other main reason why customer support there is fantastic – and I’ve never had this with any other app that I’ve ever used – I’ve made suggestions about Gee, you should do this to improve it. Believe it or not, I see they’ve showed up. I’ve never seen that in another app, so that’s also really, really appreciated, you know.
