We, of course, did our research like any other coaching firm regarding who will be the best system for us and we found that Simply.Coach just beat the competition in terms of responsiveness and support and in all-around good customer service and that made a very big difference for why we selected Simply.Coach.

And then as we started our implementation, we then found that so much more, of course, came with that package! And one other point I would make is the security of the system, I am elated by the system security and that if you are outside in different countries, but as I speak as a U.S client, HIPAA is very important as well as FERPA, for us is very important and the system definitely covers that, even to an extreme, which is what you need in security of a system and they really take that seriously and that also makes me feel secure that my clients are secure, as well as my coaches, as well as our information.
