Even as I was doing things that I that I literally was really challenged to support. So I went and said, OK, it’s time to upgrade my environment. Let me go see what’s out there. I came across Simply.Coach and I came across something that was really amazing. Not only was it built for a future that I can only even barely perceive, right, having a team of coaches working in my organisation, but it was supporting things, journeys, that I was creating for people and having to manually track in a way that is amazing. 

I have multiple group coaching. I can put people into those cohorts. They can see what’s coming up. I can share things with them in that environment. They have a place to write their own thoughts that I don’t even have access to. So but the ability to offer that to them and say you can go one place and see all of your thoughts around. 

I have the ability to write my own notes and see them as I prepare for a session or even a group session, say oh, here’s what happened last time, I’ll make sure I remember to ask about this, that type of activity. The billing is integrated so they just get their bills, they pay their bills. It just all happens. 

I can invoice people. I can even invoice people who aren’t on platform. I can still create the invoice in Simply.Coach, send the PDF to someone, and I get a check. Which, I still have a couple people who do that very old school way. 

I think that one of the other cool things was having an app on the phone. So many people today want an app experience and you know I can’t minimise an Excel spreadsheet and send it to them and say hey look at this on your phone. So they can go in, they can change sessions, they can add to their own journal. 

It really it just makes me look even that much more professional because when you open up the app it’s my logo that pops up there even though it’s the Simply.Coach app, my logo pops up, my branding is there, it’s my offering to support my clients. 

So all of those things together, I’m super happy with the decision. I highly recommend it to people and have recommended it to other coaches. I think it is a way to truly support a growing organisation for yourself, whether you’re one person or if you’re a part of a team or have a team.  

It’s pretty incredible software and I’ll say one more thing. Anything where I’ve needed help – because I do things maybe a little different than than the original vision – the help and responsiveness of the people behind Simply.Coach has been amazing. They’ve said, hey, they’ll either address things when it’s simple enough to do so, they’ll put things on the planning track and let me know, hey, we’re going to consider this or we’re going to do this, but it might be a bit out and then they get back to me like, hey, a month ago you said this, this is now released. Can you go test it? 

And I think that that level of support and dedication to the product evident in that thing also speaks to the quality you’re getting.
