There are some limitations. For example, clients can't easily upload documents to the portal, creating templates for documentation is tedious, etc.
I would like to see the customization of the platform improved. Currently, there are certain limitations regarding the customization of forms and templates.
I would like to see improvements to the speed and performance of the platform to ensure a smoother experience
