Scheduling

Oro Collective benefitted from the collaborative scheduling functionality - Instead of using different tools to send calendar invites, read notes, and plan sessions with clients, they only needed Simply.Coach.

Clients could directly book sessions, and either party could collaboratively re-schedule as needed. Being able to attach pre-session worksheets and post-session notes to invites was a game changer.

Journeys

Simply.Coach’s Journeys enabled Oro Collective to digitize their proprietary coaching engagements from start to finish, incorporating various touchpoints and digital tools in each Journey to enhance client engagement and create better client outcomes.

Goal Management

By allowing Oro Collective to set up each client’s goals within their profile, Simply.Coach helped them track the progress being made against those goals at a glance, and motivate clients via actions and nudges.

As an SOC2, GDPR, and HIPAA-compliant platform, Simply.Coach also offered the kind of security Oro Collective needed to work worry-free.

Digital Tools

With Simply.Coach’s Digital Tools feature, team Oro Collective were able to create proprietary surveys and worksheets, and store them all in the platform’s library to work interactively with clients and stakeholders. These proprietary resources became easily available for Oro Collective’s coaches to use as required.

Showcase Pages

Oro Collective leveraged Simply.Coach’s Showcase Pages (which work like website landing pages) to have clients directly book chemistry calls, and then sign up via the automated Contracts functionality.

This saved them the time and effort of following up with enquiries, scheduling chemistry calls, and initiating the contracts process; enabling them to grow faster.

Invoicing

Closing the loop in business management and optimization was the Invoicing feature that allowed Team Oro Collective to generate invoices automatically, and thus close the entire client journey within the system.
