Learn why they chose Simply.Coach

Introduction
Thinking Partners is a boutique, India‑founded B2B leadership development firm that coaches senior leaders to navigate complexity, built on rigorous oversight protocols and a hand‑picked roster of coaches. Founded by Jinny Riat and Neha Kalia, who leads as the Director of Business Operations, the firm has spent close to fourteen years building a reputation with some of India’s largest enterprises including Google, McKinsey & Company, Nestle, and AstraZeneca. Their mission is to bring global standards of coaching to corporate India; to leaders in the C‑suite and to those on their way there, at the moments that matter most.
Today, Thinking Partners runs on a fully distributed, digital first model. The leadership is distributed across two locations in India, back office operations in Chandigarh and coaches across Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Singapore, Hong Kong, London and Melbourne. There is no physical office; everyone plugs into one system to see what’s going on.
As the firm’s ambitions grew, so did the need for infrastructure that could match them.
What They Needed
In its early years, Thinking Partners operated with the lean, hands-on approach typical of a founder-led boutique. As the client base grew and cohort-based assignments became central to the model, the firm made a deliberate decision to invest in infrastructure that could support enterprise-scale delivery.
The decision to move to a dedicated platform was strategic, driven by Thinking Partners’ commitment to the standard of professionalism its enterprise clients expect.
It wasn’t just about efficiency; managing an assignment of that scale on spreadsheets risked the one thing a boutique firm can’t afford to compromise on: the professionalism of its service.
Why Thinking Partners Chose Simply.Coach
Before committing to a digital coaching platform, Neha did her own due diligence, evaluating three or four options against Thinking Partners’ specific needs as a multi-coach firm, not a solo practice.
The timing was deliberate. Thinking Partners chose to onboard Simply.Coach in parallel with launching its first major cohort assignment, a decision that stress-tested the platform from day one and validated the choice quickly. When an issue came up on a weekend, the Simply.Coach team stepped in directly to help resolve it.
“That post-sale satisfaction, that I made the right choice, was just fantastic,” Neha says.

How Simply.Coach Helped
Structured journeys that create scalability
Where coaching engagements used to be open-ended, Simply.Coach let Thinking Partners build structured journeys with a visible timeline. Coachees log in and see exactly where they are in the process. Standardized welcome kits, coaching norms, and reference materials go out automatically at the click of a button.
More visibility, no more manual follow-ups
Coaches now update their own sessions directly on the platform, rather than relaying updates back to Neha’s team to enter into a shared Excel sheet. A dedicated resource monitors the platform’s analytics for exceptions (a long gap between sessions, a reschedule that needs following up) so Neha’s own attention goes only where it’s needed. The time savings are concrete: reporting and tracking work that used to take three to four hours a week now takes fifteen to twenty minutes.
The confidence to bid bigger
A large part of what Simply.Coach offers Thinking Partners goes beyond the administration. “Without Simply.Coach, I would not have been in a position to pitch (for large programs),” Neha says. The platform gave Thinking Partners the operational credibility to compete for programs at a scale that would otherwise have been out of reach.
Business continuity, built in
Simply.Coach gave Thinking Partners a single source of truth; letters of engagement, contract terms, client rate history, all accessible to the whole team. When Neha was away, her co-founder could handle a client proposal independently, without any disruption to service continuity.
No feature constraints
From a small, ad hoc 360-feedback exercise to fully custom coaching journeys, Neha says she’s never had to turn down a client request because the platform couldn’t support it.
Value over cost
A large part of what Simply.Coach offers Thinking Partners goes beyond the administration. “Without Simply.Coach, I would not have been in a position to pitch (for large programs),” Neha says. The platform gave Thinking Partners the operational credibility to compete for programs at a scale that would otherwise have been out of reach.
The Partnership
Asked what she’d tell another coaching firm considering Simply.Coach, Neha doesn’t hesitate: a digital platform is no longer a differentiator, it’s table stakes for any firm serious about scale.
Thinking Partners has since referred Simply.Coach to other coaching firms in London and South Africa.
