Venkat Raghavan Gopalan co-founded Simply.Coach after twenty-five years in enterprise technology, including Asian Paints, PwC Consulting and IBM, where he was a Partner and Vice President. He has coached CxOs since 2017, is a certified Marshall Goldsmith coach for both leaders and teams, and mentors startup founders through Stanford Seed Spark. At Simply.Coach he runs revenue and finance, which puts him with the enterprise and L&D buyers who commission coaching. He writes the organization’s side of it: how an engagement is scoped, what a sponsor is shown at the review, and how coaching is measured across a company. He cooks, golfs and is a beginner at bridge.
