Pradeep Sarin

Pradeep Sarin is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF, working as a leadership and life coach, including with BetterUp and CoachHub. He spent more than three decades in banking and financial services. He began at State Bank of India and later became Managing Director at Standard Chartered Bank in a global strategy role, leading businesses in India and abroad across multicultural teams. He trained as a coach in 2017 and co-founded New Ver ME, a digital coaching platform. He also mentors early-stage companies with social relevance and volunteers with Sanjeevani – Life Beyond Cancer.
