Kalpesh Raichura

Kalpesh Raichura has coached leaders and facilitated culture-change programmes since 2018, first through Connect Quotient and, since 2022, as a certified Positive Intelligence coach. He is Director of Sampattika Consultancy LLP, where he has run learning and development engagements for organisations across geographies, and he co-founded Mindpurpose. Before coaching, he spent over a decade at Tata Consultancy Services managing process competencies and training programmes. He also serves as Director of Communications & Member Experience for the ICF Pune Chapter and founded LinkedInLocal Pune, a recurring in-person meetup for the city’s professional community.
