Use the Wheel of Change to Help Your Clients Become  Their Ideal Selves 

Wheel of Change is a coaching model that helps clients stick to positive life-long commitments. The four quadrants are:

‘Wheel of Change’

‘Creating’

‘Creating’ is the process when clients proactively bring in positive changes without letting any external force do it on their behalf.

‘Preserving’

‘Preserving’ refers to your clients’ willingness to stick to the positive changes that they have successfully brought about throughout their lives.

‘Eliminating’

‘Eliminating’ indicates your clients’ efforts to keep the negative elements at bay. Elimination is important for a client to create space for all that is new and positive.

‘Accepting’

‘Accepting’ is about making peace with the negative elements that a client cannot get rid of. You cannot really deny its value in an individual’s life.
