I would say about working with Simply.Coach, it’s one of the rare tools in our stack that just does what we need it to do. It just works and we came to Simply.Coach after trying large non-coaching-specific platforms for scheduling and client information management that failed routinely, so we’d have issues with appointments not showing on my calendar not showing on client calendars. You know, administration was a bear. Things didn’t work.
So then we started trying the coaching-specific platforms and tried a few and had similar problems. So by the time I came to Simply.Coach, I was a little bit jaded and a little sceptical, but I was just so impressed from the start with the support that the team provided.
And you know, we work opposite hours, so sometimes I am able to meet with someone live. Sometimes I’m not, but we just get tremendously good support from the team, even if we’re doing it asynchronously.
So the care that goes in, you can tell coaches built this platform, like you can tell it wasn’t something that was built because there was just a financial opportunity to do so. It’s just really well thought out for the needs of working coaches and then for me there are few options that provide the kind of security and data security that are necessary for my practise.
And Simply.Coach does so we’ve been really happy and I think the big testimonial is it’s not just me that loves it, my EA, Ellie, my executive assistant, it’s like the one tool that just does what we need for both of us. So we consider it an essential part of our stack.
