So want to talk a little bit about my experience with simply.coach and I’ve been with simply.coach for a while now. It’s at least over a year, maybe closer to two. And what I love about this platform is that it keeps me organized. It keeps my business on track. It keeps track of my notes. It also allows me to be creative with
both my pathways with my one-on-one clients, either packaged or custom, as well as creating new pathways for my group coaching or my programs that are coming along. From a customer standpoint, it really does provide them with a one-stop shop. They don’t have to go back and find an email that I sent three months ago on a subject or an article or something along that lines
I keep that within the app so that any communication that’s outside, maybe my newsletter or any other communication or something about the business as opposed to working with them one-on-one
It’s an easy platform because there is a great onboarding experience for new coaches coming in. Easy to navigate, easy to use. I’m fairly techie, but it’s taken a few years to get there. So I love the fact that the access to the team is really seamless. And I have to say my advisor that supported me, Nitin, is like off the hook, amazing. And the follow-up is fantastic
