I selected Simply Coach. There were a few things. I had looked at a couple of other software platforms. At the time, I was looking for something for my coaching practice, and one of the things that drew me to it was the smartphone app offering, because I thought that would be really, really useful for clients, for reminders and things like that. The other thing that I really liked about it, because I was just starting off my business, was the showcase and having that be able to, you know, show what my education was, what my specialty was, all of that kind of stuff. Instead of having to create a website on my own, I was able to just get going really, really quickly.
The other part that was really cool was being able to have clients book right from that. So I really liked that. And then the overall layout of the platform I found was really intuitive for the most part.
Like all things, like when you very first start, it takes a moment to learn it, but it was really fast learning the on the online tutorial that they had was really, really helpful and very straightforward.
My experience with the platform has been really, really, really, one of the things that I have really noticed, first of all with Simply Coach is that they’re always working to improve their platform. I‘m really, really enjoying. I liked the user interface before, but I‘m really liking the second version of the user interface. It’s definitely more intuitive.
I just, I like how many different ways I’m able to use tools to communicate with my clients. Some of them do like the nudges and the things that are scheduled. Some of them more like having the actions instead of just the nudges and then being able to track the goals for the clients and them to be able to see the data and how they’re progressing has been really great. The other thing is being able to have the journeys that, you know, for the programs and courses and stuff that I’ve been developing.
And so I’ve really, really, really appreciated the platform as far as customer service goes, they’re amazing. I love the Simply Coach customer service. I have never ever had one time where I’ve ever asked a question and I did not get an answer and then the follow through even just to make sure that I got an answer. And if I’ve had any thing that I have needed adjusted or anything ’cause I changed the name of my business in the middle of having this. So they were super helpful in helping me change my white labeling and everything and making sure that I got everything running the way that it was supposed to be. So I have nothing but amazing things to say about the customer service, and that’s so huge for me.
Simply Coach is helping my practice and business in that it’s definitely streamlining how I’m able to get clients enrolled and take them through the process from the discovery call to the intake to getting their sessions booked. I sell my sessions in four session packages and so being able to get that done and be able to book all four of those sessions in a recurring way has made my scheduling really, really easy. Also, the integration with the various calendars has been really great. So I know that I’m not going to get double booked ’cause I I use Zoom Scheduler for doing business calls on the side that aren’t coaching calls. And I have never had a problem with the integration between my calendar from Simply Coach and my Zoom Scheduler. They’ve done really, really great. So I’ve never had that be an issue, which is huge. And then also I’m working on a course for my clients and that’s been really easy, very straightforward. And I’m looking forward to getting to have them experience that. If you are thinking about getting simply Coach and you’re not totally sure, give the 14 days of trial a try because I really, I really love it. It’s made my life easier. And I think that you’ll you’ll like it too.
